According to court records, accused political sign thief, Jason Desjardins is to appear in Superior Court this morning in Department S9, at 8:30 am. This matter had been continued over from May 2010 at Desjardins’ request in order to conduct discovery and interviews. I recall Jason and his Brother were caught red-handed, in broad day light, in front of cameras and witnesses, stealing Mayor Morris’ and Dennis Baxter’s political signs. It looks like Jason could be in trial by the end of August.
