The long-awaited vote by the Hesperia City Council on the Tapestry Project may take place this coming Saturday during a special meeting. The special meeting is set for Jan. 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. If residents want to voice their opinion and watch first-hand as the decision is being made, this is a must-attend event.
The meeting will be video recorded but it will not be streamed live. Hesperia city officials say they do not have the ability to stream live from the location.
Although the meeting is taking place at a special place, time, and date, it is considered a regular meeting of the Hesperia City Council from the standpoint that the city council can act. This means that testimony will be taken and the city council can vote to approve or deny the project.
