I’m told that Lamberto will be the subject of discussion in the 7 o’clock hour on KFI

Andrew Lamberto

San Bernardino County Human Resources Director Andrew Lamberto was the subject of a segment on the Bill Handel Show yesterday morning.  If you have not heard it, it was quite entertaining.  I loved the part about “John School” and the part where they made fun of Supervisor Robert Lovingood’s name.  You have to admit that “Lovingood” and a hooker story are the perfect combination.

If you did not get to hear the show, here is a link.

  1. My feelings are that if the BOS doesn’t take this GOLDEN opportunity to get rid of both of these POS’ they need their heads examined. The BOS could regain a lot of respect from the voters by taking these two out. Now is the time and you all will never get a better opportunity to redeem yourselves.

  2. ONLY if members of the BOS have no skeletons in their closet can they do that.

Anyone with half a brain learns quickly to keep a black book, confiscates emails and other documents to build up their, “get out of jail free card”.

Disgruntled employees are a bitch if they have any of the above, along with resolve and fortitude.

Just remember the almighty defense of, ” I was just following orders”.

    Just saying!

    • Here is a thought. Transfer Lambarto OUT of HR so he doesn’t create a shit storm for future cases.

Fire the CEO for cause. Think that needs a 3/5 vote!

Or is it 3/5 without cause?

      • Devereaux has a super majority of 4/5 votes with only very specific terms for his firing. He negotiated this into his contract until 2017, with a ridiculous severance package well in the seven figures if he is fired.

  3. Holtz,

Your, “Anyone with half a brain learns quickly to keep a black book, confiscates emails and other documents to build up their, “get out of jail free card”.” has a name. It’s found in CPC 518, Extortion, to wit:

Extortion is the obtaining of property from another, with his
consent, or the obtaining of an official act of a public officer,
induced by a wrongful use of force or fear, or under color of
    official right.

“Confiscating” emails could be another felony.

I thought you fought corruption, not advocated it.

    Lamberto ought to be fired.

    • Tom as always we appreciate your quotes from the penal code whether the elements of the alledged offense fit or not. In your case lack of corpus.

Please contact Sheriffs Specialized Investigations ASAP, they wait your comphrensive theory.

  4. Kenny,

You were always a lop. You’ve never had a clue of basic criminal law, which is why your homeboy and you kissed off felonies: you had no clue of how to resolve them.

You should have never been hired. That mistake was corrected when the sheriff fired you. Every process reviewing your involuntary separation upheld your termination. You needed to be fired. You ought to be prosecuted for murder. And tell us again why you pointed a rifle at kids on dirt bikes. You should not be allowed to own guns, which was why Marhoefer denied you membership in the Apple Valley Gun Club.

Good thing I don’t ride a bicycle. You’d probably hunt me down and kill me. Royce Unions are such deadly weapon, and a trained killer like you were unable to prevent the victim from reaching his Royce Union and you were unable to defend yourself with a baton. But then again, you didn’t know how to use a baton, and it would have prevented you from achieving your ultimate goal: killing an unarmed kid. You were a dirt bag in uniform and a dirt bag out of uniform.

Stop blaming your lawyer. You sound like the girl that wasn’t invited to the prom. Gerry Spence couldn’t have saved your job.

  5. Yawn Tom! Again I am sure some enjoy your medicated rants. Et will be landing soon go set up a landing zone for him. Do a selfy of you and him send it to Sharon!
