From Havasu Lake . . .

Dear Sharon

The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Barstow office has confirmed that Mitzelfelt appointee Karen Chamberlain has been charged with a felony in case # FBA1100736(PC 508), the charge arising from the alleged theft of $7K from the Havasu Lake Seniors center.

The Havasu Lake Senior Center operates on a grant from SBDO CO.

This obviously hands Brad a nasty defeat after his attempted manipulation of Riverstation staff who told so many conflicting tall takes regarding this case that my notes appear comical……

From Havasu Lake

Dear Sharon

Recent questions have been raised on iepolitics in regards to the readily apparent guaranteed ascendency from local print media employment to highly paying county positions.

Nowhere is the manipulation and in fact actual dissuasion of the press more evident than in a review of the record at Havasu Lake Ca.

Public exposure of bad acts is of course deadly to the actors, and if the following facts give the first impression of being just too over the top, just  too bald faced to be believable, one only has to remember that we are dealing with the same crew that produced Brad Mitzelfelt, Anthony Adams and Michael Orme……

Happy Thanksgiving from Havasu Lake

Dear Sharon

Out here at Havasu Lake we have much to be thankful for, not the least of which is iepolitics and our dear friend Sharon.

iepolitics has proven to be the lone voice of reason in the face of corruption, speaking truth to those in power, and doing so boldly.

iepolitics coverage of events at Havasu Lake, in compilation with the development of dedicated opposition to Supervisor Mitzelfelt and his violent triple felon associate, Gary Chamberlain, has had an immeasurable impact on Brad Mitzelflet’s mean-spirited, revenge oriented political aspirations.

Brad, in the political analysis of your electability to higher office, what credit do Sharon and I deserve?  Both Sharon and myself are arguably your biggest victims, but unfortunately for you, we  have stood up and became the means to your end.

From Havasu Lake . . .

Editor’s Note:  I heard about Ms. Massey’s passing last night.  I know she was well respected in Havasu Lake and will be missed.  I was very disheartened as I got close to the end of this letter.  This is so typical Brad.  Mitzelfelt is one of the most selfish and heartless people I have encountered in my lifetime.  The comments that have gotten back to me about him and his office wishing I would take my own life, etc., says a lot about the man.  I can see him using a tragedy for his own benefit.

Dear Sharon

Donna Massey, long time resident and President of the Havasu Lake Firebelles passed away on 10-19-11.

To San Bernardino Fire Capt. Bill Massey, we wish to extend our most heartfelt condolences for the loss of your beloved wife. Donna was a pillar of our community and will be sorely missed by all.

The Firebelles were Donna’s work product, and Donna worked tirelessly, raising more than $1.5 mil for County Fire.

The Firebelles will be hard pressed to ever replace Donna Massey, but thankfully for us all, Virginia Powell has stood up and accepted the role as president of the Havasu Lake Firebelles, and we all support her.

iePolitics: A “must read” comment

This comment was left last night on a very old post, Deaths at Havasu Lake, so I suspect many will skip reading it.  I cannot speak to its authenticity, but it does not seem anyone would take so much time to make something like this up.  Here it is:

My name is ZuRc12 and I would like to share a story with you…

I remember this day as if it was yesterday. I never wanted to go to the party. I felt as if my rave days were over but my best friend Edgar never been to a desert event. My sister surprises me and my cousin with tickets, and I didn’t even bother to find a ride to the event. The bad feeling started a week prior. The day prior to the rave my friend Edgar showed up at my house to pick me and my cousin up for this event in his navigator with the girls. It was hard to say no. Continue reading

iePolitics: Are MACs covered by the Brown Act?

I am curious because of the situation in Havasu Lake.  David Zook has told me I am single-handedly responsible for the destruction of the Havasu Lake Municipal Advisory Council.

After Havasu Lake citizens attempted for a year to get First District Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt to do something about the three-time felon he had on the MAC, I printed the MAC member’s criminal history.  It was not a pretty sight.  Mitzelfelt was embarrassed into finally doing something about having a violent offender on one of his committees.  And it’s all my fault the MAC then fell apart because Bradley could not take the time to appoint new committee members.

iePolitics: More on the cover up in Yucca Valley

In reference to the email I posted yesterday about a coverup involving the Sheriff’s Department, etc., here is the most recent response:

Hello Sharon,
I have so many documents that it would be hard to send it in an email and show all of the connections.  I would like to meet with you if possible and lay out the documents in a flow chart style and show you how everyone is connected and how this impacted my brothers trial. The informaiton I have is really two big stories tangled together.  First, Assemblyman Paul Cook with his puppets in the Town of Yucca Valley and their ability to influence the entire Town Council to be of the same church & neighborhood. Second, they are influencing the Sheriff and Joshua Tree Court and justice system to support their fellow church and family member of Paul Cook.  They used their power to convict my brother by openly tainting the jury, refusing to change it even when it became known. They have so little fear, they continue even though it is on public record.  The Sheriff Deputies withheld evidence and invented evidence.  (some of this is in the public record)  Attached is a letter that I wrote to the Probation Dept on behalf of my brother (very sugar coated) that the court is trying not to admit in the probation document.  There were multiple other letters written to the probation dept on my brothers behalf and the court is picking and choosing which letters to include in court documents.

Havasu Lake Correspondent: WHERE IS THE $198,000 BRAD? Do we need SAR to look for the money also? or did time obliterate its tracks…….

Dear Sharon
“Rat me out and I will spill the beans!”

Brad Mitzelfelt is fighting an uphill battle against the high ground of history.

Brad had the jurisdiction and legal authority (533 US 363 2001 ) to prevent this young mans death, as well as the deaths of four other innocent citizens. Brad has never spoken to this as Brad has again been compromised, this time around by Tribal Govt. knowledge of Brad’s role in this tragedy. Whats wrong Brad? Cat got your tongue?

Havasu Lake Correspondent: Brad, when is our next MAC meeting?

Brad Mitzelfelt’s record at Havasu Lake is apparently so politically toxic that even the slightestmention of our town sends shivers of fear through even the most highly placed San Bernardino Co. politicos.

This situation is currently highlighted by the Karen Chamberlain case cover-up in which Brad Mitzelfelt appointee Karen Chamberlain allegedly embezzled $7K from the Havasu Lake Senior Coalition, (one and a half times the amount of the Neil Derry case).

iePolitics: More from Havasu Lake

Dear Sharon
The recent speculation as to the hiring of one of the parties involved in the 1986 explorer scout rape case as a Tribal dept. head should raise many questions.

Hope springs eternal, but it looks like its the same old song and dance: “But he wasn’t convicted.”

In the course of business the Security Director for an operation of that size will in the line of duty come into contact with Indian Children, and supervise staff in contact with kids.

The Indian Child Welfare Act prohibits hiring people such as this, its up to the Tribe to exercise discretion about hiring a disgraced San Bernardino County Sheriffs Deputy who was arrested for, and lost his job over allegations of raping an explorer scout, but somehow was shielded from a conviction.

The Town of Havasu Lake was also forced to suffer through one of these rapist rejects, who liked to drink beer, burn kush and drive around Chemehuevi wash at high speed, at night with his SBSD night vision device. Jimmy was so ripped he drove right past me…

From our Havasu Lake correspondent . . .

Northern Ireland has “The Troubles,”
At Havasu Lake we have “The Problems.”

Recent progress towards an amicable resolution of “The problems” at Havasu Lake has apparently struck a nerve. Knee jerk reactions intended to derail much needed, long sought after good will at Havasu Lake will not prevail.

With the destruction of Brad Mitzelfelt’s openly corrupt Havasu Lake Municipal Advisory Council, iepolitics has proven to be the only venue to communicate with Brad et al, as well as other interested local parties. iepolitics excels in this role. Our dear friend Sharon has been a Godsend to the citizens of Havasu Lake.

Brad’s inability to seat a real, credible board at Havasu Lake, instead of corrupt drunks or non-appointed imposters is a direct result of Brad’s very ugly, very well documented record of corruption and negligence. No one wants to be associated with the Postmus-Mitzelfelt era, especially right before it peters out and dies!

Brad has proven to be either unable or unwilling to provide even a modicum of leadership or representation for the town of Havasu Lake, Brad having never visited even one of our M.A.C. meetings. Why is this Brad? A whole decade of no shows leaves many questions.

From Havasu Lake: “Trainwreck” is a strain of Megan’s medical pot that is very discriptive of Brad’s situation…..”Tote up” Brad!!!

Dear Sharon

The elimination of Brad Mitzelfelt’s openly compromised and fully corrupt Havasu Lake Municipal Advisory Council has apparently opened the door to a glimmer of hope at Havasu Lake, the Postmus-Mitzelfelt era (2000-2011) slowly floating downstream, out of sight and mind.

The record of events at Havasu Lake speaks volumes as to Brad’s character, motives and tactics, and provides great ammunition for the upcoming political spectacle. We will assure that Brad receives exactly what he meted out to the town of Havasu Lake.

Currently at Havasu Lake Brad is again involved with his old cronies, violent triple felon Gary Chamberlain (Mitzelfelt appointee and M.A.C. President)and his equally corrupt wife (Mitzelfelt appointed M.A.C. Secretary) Karen Chamberlain.

iePolitics: More coverup in Havasu Lake?

It is appearing that Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt continues to cover for his previous MAC appointee and his wife.  We are being told that the Sheriff’s DR has been lost en route to the District Attorney and Mitzelfelt’s office is being secretive.

I was asked to pass along our “thanks” to the tribal chairman out there.  I’m afraid that as I type this, his name has completely slipped my mind, but THANK YOU anyway.  Amazing what can be done when politicians are left out of the equation.

iePolitics: A couple of new items on Bob Smith

The first is a document I’m told was found at the Yermo Fire Department.  If it is authentic, it sure shows how the politico mind works when one is out to do someone else in.  The highlighted items are explanations and not part of the original document.  BOBS AGENDA FOR FIRE CHIEF

The second is a link to a letter written to the Desert Dispatch on Bob’s behalf by Deborah Harris.  So far, I have confirmed with two sources that Deborah Harris is Bob’s wife. Here it is:

http://www.desertdispatch.com/opinion/yermo-10615-community-applied.html

Bob Smith has done much for Yermo
Since Bob Smith was elected to the Yermo Community Service District Board he has accomplished the following:

He applied for and received a Community Block Grant from the First District Supervisor that placed 4 new picnic tables, including a cement walkway to an ADA accessible table, in the tree-filled shaded area of the existing Yermo Park.

He applied for grants, begged for donations of materials and time, waded through miles of county red tape, reviewed and haggled down numerous construction bids, to finally achieve the soon to be built Yermo Community Skateboard Park.

iePolitics: Havasu Lake cover up

Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt

A while back First District chief of staff David Zook accused me of destroying the Havasu Lake Municipal Advisory Council (MAC).  Why?  Because after a year of the citizens out there trying to get Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt to do something about the three-time felon who was serving on the MAC, I started reporting on the issues.  You see, Brad not only had a MAC member with serious felony convictions, but he had members that had never been approved by the board.  There was also issues with the minutes turning up missing and strong arming against the citizens who showed up by the three-time felon.  As I said, this was all my fault as we all know I have control over what Brad does and doesn’t do.

Desert Dispatch: How to Kill a Citizens Advisory Committee in Yermo

Editor’s Note:  For those that don’t know, this is one of Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt’s liasons.  He is a former Sheriff’s Department employee, fraud investigator, assessor’s office employee, and snitch.  He causes havoc everywhere he goes.

March 30, 2011 5:00 PM

The Yermo CSD Board President and Fire Chief Robert Smith and the CSD Board have made a lot of changes and vast improvements in the operations of the Yermo Volunteer Fire Dept. within the past year. I was recently invited by President Smith to be a part of an Ad-Hoc Citizens Advisory Committee for the Volunteer Fire Dept. (An Ad-Hoc committee serves at the will of the Board and has no authority or powers.) The premise of this committee would be to gather information from the community regarding the VFD and be a liaison for this information to the CSD Board /Fire Dept.

iePolitics: Havasu Lake Senior Coalition

We are hearing that there has been a theft of funds from the Havasu Lake Senior Coalition.   Thegroup’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration had to be canceled as a result.  We are hearing it involves the usual suspects out there.  We also have been told that the county of San Bernardino recently funded some items for this group and the group has now lost $6000 to a thief that has been supported whole-heartedly by Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt.

We are also hearing that Brad’s Havasu Lake Municipal Advisory Committee recently held a meeting in violation of the Brown Act and without a quorum.

VVDP: Leaving the cheese unguarded

December 29, 2010 9:02 AM

We published the other day a list of local public employees who have secured buyouts from their organizations on their way out the door, prompted by the latest, Oro grande School District Superintendent Kim Moore’s pocketing $326,000 as part of his being released from a four-year contract with the district. He was in the first year of that contract.

On the list was Marilou Ryder, given $350,000 when she resigned as Victor Valley Union High School District superintendent; William Pattison, who got $100,000 when he left the Town of Apple Valley as finance director; Mark Uffer, given about $274,000 after being fired as San Bernardino County Administrative Officer; Julian Weaver, fired in 2008 as VVUHSD superintendent, who got $230,000 as a parting sop; and Greg Lundeen, given $124,500-plus when he retired early from VVUHSD as superintendent.

The list didn’t include Hesperia Unified School District’s Hank Richardson, who left that district as superintendent in 2007, but kept his salary of $163,000 a year, plus $10,000 a year, until 2009. That worked out to about $350,000.

Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt: Patrol Boat Will Help Keep Colorado River Visitors Safe

SAN BERNARDINO – The Colorado River will soon be patrolled by a new state-funded Sheriff’s Department boat, thanks to action taken today by the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors.

“The 90 miles of the Colorado River located in our county, including Lake Havasu, is one of the busiest recreation waterways in the nation with approximately 17 million visitors per year,” said First District Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt. “This patrol boat will help keep those visitors safe.”

The board approved an agreement with the California Department of Boating and Waterways that will result in an $80,000 Boating and Safety and Enforcement Grant to fund a 20-to-23-foot aluminum-hull patrol boat and trailer to be used on the Colorado River.

Havasu Lake: Child Abuse

Dear Sharon

Child Abuse/Molestation is an all to common recurring tragedy out here in the real wild west, each and every case is a new heartache, and true to form, in a cyclic Tribal entitlement culture of addictive vice, new episodes are bound to occur.

One of my dear friends here on the reservation has, in the past, very carefully inserted particles of hot lead into the bodies of Child Molesters, non-lethal dosages of tender loving care, and then ran the perverts out to the corner of 17 Mile Rd. & U.S. 95 and told them to hitchhike!!

iePolitics: Havasu

Dear Sharon,

How often are County employees encouraged to file false felony police reports against Brad’s opponents?

Last year Brad ordered his chronic inebriating M.A.C. members to get rid of his opponent one way or the other and this resulted in M.A.C. “Interim Vice Chair” Terry Gardner actually going to work at Station 118, picking up a county phone, calling the county Sheriff’s Department and filing a false felony Police report against a political opponent.

In response to this false report I drove all the way to Berdoo and had a 70 minute interview with both Dennin and Stocker that resulted in Terry Gardner being suspended for 30 days from his County position.

iePolitics: Yucca Mesa: Neil it looks like I’m not the only one upset with you

Editor’s Note:  First Neil, they emailed me tonight and asked me to put this on the blog.  I’m not going out and purposely soliciting anti-Derry material.  Second, for all the readers, the information below is in response to the letter sent to Yucca Mesa by Supervisor Derry:  NoXXX On a side note, the last time I received a press release from the Third District I swore the next time I received such a mess I was going to print it out, circle all the errors in red, and send it back to them.  I’m very tempted to do that with this letter.  Do you not have a clue what the proper format for a letter is?

Coalition Response to Neil Derry Letter Denying Yucca Mesa MAC
August 8, 2010

Supervisor Derry has obviously received misinformation about Yucca Mesa’s issues.

The Coalition NEVER said a Municipal Advisory Council would prevent encroachment!  While a Municipal Advisory Council is not full protection from the Town of Yucca Valley to include the Community of Yucca Mesa in their Sphere of Influence with eventual annexation, the Joshua Tree Municipal Advisory Council (MAC) has been in existence for over 15 years and their MAC was  influential in deterring Yucca Valley from attempting to annex them.  It is working for them, why not give it a try in Yucca Mesa?

iePolitics: Hinkley vs. Havasu Lake

The center of town, Hinkley, California

The post below is so long, I thought I would respond separately.  The biggest thing for me in this issue is that the HelpHinkley people try to make it sound as though Nursery Products is dumping raw sewage in the middle of their school yard.  Nothing could be further from the truth.

First, technically, the town of Hinkley doesn’t even exist.  It is an area outside of Barstow, near Lenwood.  There are no “Welcome to Hinkley” signs on any of its borders nor is there a traditional government-supplied sign indicating population,  elevation and boundaries.  So where Hinkley begins and ends is subject to interpretation.

iePolitics: Now We Know Why Barb Is Bald

Residents described the smell as “a pasture ripe with manure and mildew rising and spreading for miles around,” according to Stanton.

During one March 2004 visit to the area, she noticed something odd.

“There was no vegetation growing anywhere near the Adelanto facility—it was strange like a dead zone. I was creeped out and not comfortable near the plant,” she recalls.

We have been trying to figure it out for some time.  What the heck caused Barb to go bald?

We know vegetation doesn’t grow around fertilizer.  That’s a proven fact.  Just ask Barb.

And now we find out she had nothing better to do than hang around piles of shit.  Using the logic we hear Barb express so often, this must be the answer.  Perhaps Barb some Rogaine will counteract all those fumes you sniffed.

iePolitics: Environmentalists and the Environment – Part Three

It is said that the love of money is the root of all evil and human behavior certainly suggests that the adoration of the almighty greenback brings about the demise of many a man.  When we come across a panhandler on the street, some of us will throw change his way while others will look in the opposite direction, assuming he is trying to get something for nothing.

The same goes for charities and non-profits.  Some of us take the good works these organizations tout at face value while others look at all who ask for money with skepticism.  And casting a critical and inquisitive eye towards non-profits is a wise decision.

iePolitics: An Open Letter to Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt from His Favorite Havasu Lake Resident

A NIGHTNARE STRAIGHT FROM HELL!!!

Dear Sharon

The Citizens of Havasu Lake Ca. are in for a rough ride, the issuance of an even further enabling Trust Patent to the nearby Chemehuevi Indian Reservation can only indicate that we are in for more of the same nightmare that we have suffered through for the last thirty six years, only worse!

Past history is always the best indicator of future events and our history here at Havasu Lake is both extremely ugly and very well documented. The genesis of all of our grief being the totalitarian mindset of a small cadre that has taken control of the Tribal Govt. The views of this clique are extreme to say the least and can best be described as the devaluation of the lives and interests of Non-Indians and Non-voting Tribal Members.

From Havasu Lake . . .

Dear Sharon

The B.L.M. has reportedly issued a Trust patent for the Chemehuevi Indian reservation to the B.I.A. office in Parker Az.  Federal register: June 24 2010 (Volume 75, number 121) Pages 36118-36119 Public Land Order 7743

This Order directly impacts the town of Havasu Lake Ca. but according to Andy Silva as of noon today (7-1-10) Supervisor Mitzelfelt had not even been briefed on this issue. Unfortunately for the citizens of Havasu Lake Supervisor Mitzelfelts unique relationship with Indian Gaming interests effectively prohibits any leadership in this sad situation. Continue reading

iePolitics: Environmentalists and the Environment – Part Two

I spent a better part of two days this past week exploring Hinkley, California, trying to get a feel for the community and those who live there.  It seems to be an area without definition and little has been written about it, which left me with a lot to learn.

What brought me to Hinkley was research on Nursery Products LLC, a company specializing in organic fertilizer, which is created by combining biosolids and green waste.  The company has been going through the permitting process for several years so that it can open a facility in the middle of uninhabited desert 8 miles west of Hinkley.  See map: Continue reading

iePolitics: Environmentalists and the Environment – Part One

Anyone who listens to John and Ken on the Los Angeles-based radio station KFI 640 may be left with the impression that all environmentally friendly ideas are costly, with little or no positive effect on the environment.  From depletion of the ozone and global warming to Cap and Trade and diesel emissions, environmental concerns are controversial and often seem to be based on less-than-sound scientific data and hypothesis.  The environmental do-gooders force upon us an extensive array of rules and regulations with little concern for economic consequences or our ability to implement stringent standards without readily available technology or yet-to-be-made scientific discovery.

Most people do not realize how much we are impacted by environmental regulatory agencies.  One of the most powerful in southern California is the South Coast Air Quality Management District, which is not only charged with regulating smoke stacks at the factories of high-polluting industries and the emissions from our automobiles, but also involves itself in almost every aspect of our daily lives, from the cost of our dry cleaning to our romantic interludes (think a cozy dinner at a nice restaurant or cuddling up in front of the fire place on a cool evening). iePolitics: More from Havasu Lake

Dear Sharon,

On 4-10-2010 Tribal Attorney Lester Marston sued the Secretary of Interior and various high ranking Officials of Interior for violations of the Mission Indian Relief Act, 26 Stat. 712, and the Administrative Procedures Act, 5 U.S.C. 701, for Agency action unreasonably delayed.(U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California)

The Tribe alleges that in 1907 the Secretary by “Administrative oversight” failed to issue the Tribe a Trust Patent on its Reservation. This Lawsuit raises many questions…..

1-If the tribe is suing Interior for a Trust patent for the Land on which it operates its Casino then obviously the Land is not and never has been held in Trust.

2-If not Trust Land then the Land should of been on the Counties Tax Rolls, Millions of Dollars are due in back Taxes,BILLBRAD has been briefed on this issue but once again cannot risk upsetting INDIAN GAMING dollars! Continue reading

After posting the story below, I received a not-so-happy email regarding the situation at Havasu Lake.  It was not aimed at me, but at Supervisor Mitzelfelt.  Here it is:

Dear Sharon:

These are the people that caused you to write about BLOODY HANDS, and you are familiar with the theory of “DIRTY HANDS”, it seems that they cannot tell the truth if their life depended on it!

I am in possession of the official record and Frank Bigwood is not on the M.A.C! Becky Griffin confirmed this in a telephone conversation with me and insisted that the published M.A.C. roster is accurate and no other appointments have been made to our M.A.C.

Mike Aleksich and Terry Gardner have been part and parcel of the corrupt, fraudulent M.A.C. both displaying highly questionable ability to deal in good faith with issues of public safety.

Both Terry and Mike have taken part in a campain to actually dissuade C.H.P. patrol of Havasu Lake as well as actual violations of law, Brown act, Public records act,and more!(CORRUPTION)

Both Terry and Mike have sat on a County Board when they Knew very well that the make up of that board was in fact Fraudulent with two never appointed imposters(Rich Fiala, Lucille Ogle) and a triple felon as chair! Our M.A.C. has lacked a quorum since 2004 at least and these people were part of the deception!

The record of events at Havasu Lake is clear. These appointments do nothing to better our dire situation, the appointment of Frank Bigwood being especially detrimental to political discourse at already troubled Havasu lake. Frank serves as editor of the Havasu Sun where he was forced to agree not to carry any hard news coverage of Havasu Lake in our only local paper! A quick review of the past several years of The Sun shows this to be true.(Franks#1.760.858.4729)

As far as our M.A.C. goes it is even worse, during Gary, Terry’s and Mike’s tenure of fraud our local school was closed and not one mention at M.A.C., our Court House was closed and not a word, our locals being pre-occupied with carrying on vendettas against neighboring individuals and businesses, as well as attempting to shield 502s. This sad record speaks for itself and indicates that these individuals are not qualified to serve on our M.A.C.

Frank is not on the M.A.C. and anyone who alleges otherwise is a liar, lets see the appointment documents! Thank you !

iePolitics: Supervisor Brad Mitzelfelt falling down on the job?

I was recently told of the issues with the Havasu Lake Municipal Advisory Council, including the fact that one of the members has been convicted of at least three felonies, as previously reported.  There are claims this group attempts to run roughshod over the entire town with little concern for ethics, integrity or the law.

I was also advised that some of the members’ terms have expired while others were sitting on the council, having never been appointed.  From the Clerk of the Board’s website:

The Council shall be composed of five (5) members who are recommended by the member of the Board of Supervisors representing the community of Havasu Lake.  Council members shall be residents the area and shall be registered to vote at a residence within the boundaries of the Council.  Each appointment shall be by majority vote of the Board of Supervisors, and all members shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors.

I made a California Public Records Act request to the Clerk of the Board for all board items/appointments related to the Havasu Lake Municipal Advisory Council: Continue reading
