Just when I think it can’t get worse, I get another package, call or email. I will let you guys tell me what exactly you know about these situations.
First, there is the captain’s son who is thought to have been dishonorably discharged from the military and who could not pass a polygraph as part of the background check but was hired as a deputy sheriff anyway. Also, there may have been an issue with an explorer scout(s).
Second, there is the lieutenant who claimed to be a Navy Seal but wasn’t. I understand there is a website debunking his claims. He is a lieutenant for what division?
Third, I’ve been told that as a captain, Hoops had the command post stationed at Guasti Park for an elite party. The party consisted of one or two councilmen/board members, a possible senator or assemblyman, and a wealthy developer. Prostitutes were appropriated for the party and the participants got drunk and passed out. One of the men locked himself out of the trailer while almost in the buff. He had to walk over to guard station at the park to have a deputy summoned with a spare set of keys as the other participants were unconscious and couldn’t let him back in. I’m told there are call logs of this incident if anyone knows approximately when it occurred.
Guess which BOS member got locked out of the trailer?

I heard about it sometime in 2005-2006. The source was a former cop but he did not state when the incident actually happened.
Sharon these are all suck absurd events before you name names I hope you give them the opprotunity to take a polygraph especially about the explorer(s).. By the way I talked to Hoops about Abernathy and he said he was cleared of all charges . I then stated that he was a nice guy and he agreed wholeheartedly. I than mentioned Kamansky and what a nice guy he also was and then ask what he though of a polygraph and then his phone ran and he kicked rocks. What ever Hoops is he is lucky because you know as well as I do Schrader was the bomb. The voters have a 5.2 grade education and although they are dumb and uneducated for the most part I still believe that if you give all the people all the information that 90% of the time they will make the right decision. We just don’t have a free press. Today I got pictures of he BOS press room.. I call it the ant farm because they sit behind all his glass butt I shouuld call it the butt room because it is a 8×8 room with sometimes up to 10 people smelling each others farts. Most reporters live in there cars and there kids eat gumby bears off the carpet at the entrance to the mall with there wife watching. Look at the shill Ryan Orr and where he works know. After none of the 3 IE dailiy newspapers wouldn’t run the approved recall I was running on Kamansky I burnt them for publishing the recalls of Sachwarzeneger, Adams and Mitzelfelt to the tune of $2,500 I told them that they would all have to take a polygraph for beeing a diaper bandit before I would pay them because they would not run the article of the Kamansky recall. I announced it also on. I don’t always get everyone in my crosshairs but once in a while the old venius fly trap mind of mine devours another political fly from the pile of Berdoo clownty polititricks.

I personally transcribed the verbatim taped interview of the explorer scout in the Abernathy case. To my knowledge, his defense was not that he didn’t have sex with her, but rather that he did not know she was underage. The first jury hung to convict; the second jury acquitted him. From what a lawyer told me, he was acquitted on a technicality. Today, he would have gone to prison because the laws regarding sex with minors have been tightened up.
The other two events above are very well documented and the information was provided to me by very reliable sources. However, I want to see what other readers of the blog have to say about the situation.
Just to keep the record straight this is not the only time nor is it the only female deputy who was on 4850 time that Sgt Perez allowed to work. Both Gascon and another female deputy that are assigned to the explorer program are on 4850 time. Both females are allowed to put on there uniforms, duty weapon and all, and attend functions and supervisor the explorers. Not only that but they were allowed to drive a marked county unit. This happened several times not just once.
Could you imagine what would have happened it someone was being robbed or some other type of serious crime was being committed and they seen one of these two deputies in a marked unit and attempted to flag them down for assistance. What would they have done just drive off. Or would they have stopped and got involved.
Both of the Deputies and Perez should receive severe discipline for this move because all of them knew what an off work order is and the civil problem that would have been caused if something were to happen. Perez should be sent back to the jail and never allowed to work at a station again. She allows Gascon to work a Rave and then allows her to work several functions with the explorers while she is on a off work order and 4850 time.
Any Sgt that would allow this type of activity you would have to think about their judgement in the field. And Perez has no excuse for her actions as she was a training officer at the acadamy.
Now lets take odds on this one. Will anything serious happen to the three of these individuals. I say no nothing will happen at all. Cliff will find a way to work this one out thrust me.
