Ruthless Ruth ran many scams and was involved in many conspiracies from the 102 million colonies to the Enron lawyer Houston in his illegal scam of taking over 1 million chasing Postmus who is broke. The only way to attack the 800 lb gorilla Stringer is to attack the head and that is the BOS. Ruthless Ruth always said it was her interpuration when ever she was on the hot seat and with a person who has absolutely no moral compass or conscience to draw on she has always seemingly taken the low road on hard pressed issues. If in deed she does quit or is fired it will be interesting if the crook Houston well follow in her snail trail.

Maybe she can retire and go over to BB&K to be SANBAG and LAFCO’s counsel. She has surely thrown enough business their way through the County’s misdeeds over the years to qualify as a Partner. Maybe she’ll take Mikey’s Box with her, this would be SOP in the big gov’t./ big business slow dance, String(her)-up and Mikey’s Box really do think that the private sector owes them…and so does Devilreaux.
