I’ve received a few more anonymous tips regarding TAD, etc. Someone from Human Services System Program Integrity Division Chief Virginia Lugo wrote and ratted her out. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with the information as was she is doing is clearly a misdemeanor at best and she needs to be fired. I’m just not sure how to make that happen as we know nothing will get done by County Administrative Officer Greg Devereaux or the Board of Supervisors.
Does anyone have any suggestions? My thought is to send the information to the Attorney General and file a complaint with the Grand Jury, but I’m not sure.
I’ve not been feeling well for a few days so I haven’t gotten back to either the District Attorney project or the POST project, but I will try to make both of those happen in the next 48 hours.

Send it to the Wall Street Journal; West Coast Bureau in Los Angeles. (Minus the names) Don’t let her successfully throw her name under the bus. The Grand Jury is a joke. They never see 90% of items submitted to them, as they are all screened via the presiding judge prior, and their office shredder does the rest. Presiding Judges can do anything they want; just ask one of them.
Send it to the Grand Jury and the AG’s attorney that is helping out on the Colonies Conspiracy case, she could probably use some variety in her review of SBCo. corruption at County Government Center. Just concentrating on circular conspiracy theories where developers are made responsible for the actions and activities of elected and appointed officials can get real boring and mundane, especially when Mikey and Moonbeam’s investigation is “on-going”, or is that “never ending”? P.S. Sign me up for the meeting, I have another angle u guys need to know about on a certain conflicted SBPEA Board member and his enabler, the lame ass Chicken.
What about reporting this to Fraud, Waste & Abuse at Larry Walker’s stomping ground. Or would it just get swept under the rug?
Larry has been doing way too much stomping of his own and has made to Fraud, Waste and Abuse Hotline program into a joke.
