According to court records, accused political sign thief, Jason Desjardins is to appear in Superior Court this morning in Department S9, at 8:30 am. This matter had been continued over from May 2010 at Desjardins’ request in order to conduct discovery and interviews. I recall Jason and his Brother were caught red-handed, in broad day light, in front of cameras and witnesses, stealing Mayor Morris’ and Dennis Baxter’s political signs. It looks like Jason could be in trial by the end of August.
I wonder if he has suborned any witnesses like he was alleged to have done in those LA County matters involving two allegations of rape, brandishing of a firearm, and witness tampering. I also wonder, when, if ever, Jason will explain how he got up one morning and ended up with these accusations. Doesn’t seem to me that this stuff happens by accident or bad luck. As well, we all know, many rape victims are reluctant to press charges because of the rigors and embarrassment of testifying at trial. Perhaps, they settled out of court. Remember, Kobi Bryant, and the 19 year old girl in Colorado. Kobi paid her off and it all went away. I can hardly wait for the trial to begin.
Morris and his crew are the reason Berdoo continues to develop his Sh_t__le reputation. Anyone seen all those wonderful potholes in the only enterprise zone worth a damn to the city? They can’t even keep up the infrastructure of the main source of tax revenue in town? And anyone that challenges Morris’ warped welfare state of mind is rebuked soundly! Desjardins may be political bad news but at least he plays on the right team!
It is due to the “right team” that the city of San Bernardino is stuck with the “political caca” known as Jason Desjardins.
Morris’ police chief saved Desjardins’ bacon by refusing to pursue charges against him for the cop killer gun violation. Morris is not the enemy; Desjardins is his own worst enemy. Thanks Penman, McCammack and special interests for bringing us this immoral, self-centered loser who lied about the reason for leaving the LA Sheriff. Stop raping women, stealing signs and committing adultery, Mr. Councilman!
And the last time you heard of property values worth more than $25 a square foot in Berdoo is? Oh, and the direction the city is going in now is? Well, if you like food stamps and welfare checks, then Morris is your man!. If Morris had his way, the entire town would be a diversion sanctuary city with him as the king of the drug court world! Pardon everyone, you can’t penalize them for their circumstances, who cares if they routinely violate the law!
