Hell lets not check anybodies background and just give everybody a gun. SB county is one of easiest counties to get a CCW. Try and get one in your backyard, Paul. Oh, I forgot nobody needs one in LA county because everybody already has a gun on them and if you run from the cops they can’t chase you. If you want a CCW then expect a complete background check.
