Everyone keeps asking how to help. There is one BIG thing every one of you can do to help, not only me, but everyone in this county who has been abused by the system and that is this. On June 1, 2010 vote for Paul Schrader for Sheriff, Scott Markovich for Second District Supervisor, any opponent of Gary Ovitt’s, and any opponent of Mike Ramos. These bastards need to be kicked out of office!
I am sick to death of the Sheriff’s Department telling me they are trying to help when they have been one of the biggest contributors to my problems. HOOPS NEEDS TO GO! We need a sheriff in there with some integrity.
And we need a Chairman of the Board of Supervisors also with some integrity, including in their chief of staff. If the only way to get rid of Mark Kirk is to get rid of Gary Ovitt, so be it.
Could someone get a hold of Ron Wall, I do want to help him but he is reluctant to reply to my e-mails or my phone calls. County Supervisor is a non-partisan office, and just because I am Republican does not mean I have cooties.
Thanks for your support. I’m working on my writing skills due to your constructive criticism which is well taken. I sorry that things in your life are very Awkward, but you seem to always find a way. I’m like this web site and keep it literary up.
Dear Administrator, who do you favor in AD59? Scott, The voters in SB County will vote for a non politician over a professional politician by a five to one margin.
I had an easy contest until Adams conceded to me prematurely. Now a heard of RINOs have thrown their hats into the ring. My job is to crush their hats as flat as a tortilla. I mean , I wish them the best…welcome to the playoffs, its all or nothing June 8 for the rest of us.
I have some inkling as to who may be wearing handcuffs next. If I could only be a fly on the wall in the DA’s office. Some of the clues are very obvious.
One of my opponents was stalking me at the Balboa Bay Club last night. I had never seen him before at any previous meetings there, that was creepy.
I started my campaign Oct.1.If my opponents were not willing to stand up against Adams and his high tax policies before he quit, they can not be trusted to not vote with the Democrats to raise our taxes. Opportunists will be how the voters percieve them in June.
Be well…Ken http://www.kenhunter.com
Ken, if you are running for Adam’s district, maybe you should not allow yourself to even be seen in Newport Beach.
@Brow, I was there to support another friends Assembly campaign. What was Anthony Riley there for? I have enjoyed meeting many of the Assembly candidates who are among the most conservative. Let me know when you and your group wish to lend me your support. I stood against Adams and his high tax ploicies when the current opportunistic newcomers in my district did not.
Ken, since you asked publicly, I will answer publicly. I’m sure you can take it!
I no longer live in AD59, so I don’t get to vote but if I could I’m not sure who I would be favoring at this point. Here is where I’m at:
I like everything I see about your campaign except for one thing and that is what seems to be your close affiliation with Barb Stanton and her group of flakes. I’ve had enough experience with them to know they are bad news. That’s not to say all of them are but there is a lot of dishonesty and a lack of integrity there that makes me wary of anyone affiliated with them. There are some good, well-meaning people in the group who haven’t seen the light yet.
And, despite my current feelings about Mark Kirk, I have no issue with Anthony Riley. I really don’t. I could vote for Anthony.
I’ve tried to contact Cory Calaycay and we can’t seem to meet up. I have not tried to contact any other candidate.
My politico-type friends think the 59th will go back to Los Angeles County this election. I hope that is not true.
All of that being said, I really like everything else I see in your campaign. From what I can tell, you seem sincere and have an honest interest in changing Sacramento. Unlike the type of grassroots candidates we sometimes see, it appears to me you have the intelligence and drive it takes to be an Assemblyman. And. as much as I’m pounding the drum about how we need to elect grassroots candidates this election, you seem like you should be my likely choice.
As we get a little closer to June, I will clearly state my choice in this election, but I am holding out until the filing period closes and until I see a little more of all of you in action. I know what I want to see and I think you have it, but I’m still reserving judgment for a little longer.
I am running for the position of Sheriff-Coroner of San Bernardino County. My campaign is based on what we call the Fresh Start Initiative. My goal is to bring a Fresh Start to San Bernardino County that the citizens can be proud of, participate in, and see concrete, forward looking solutions to the problems we face.
I just heard SBPEA is endorsing Gary Ovitt and gave him $50,000 of members money. Without even asking. Bob Blough, chicken man, is again acting out of turn without the blessing of those he is supposed to represent. I am so sick of this BS. Hey, Bob the BOS hasn’t done anything for us in the past and they won’t in the future. Remember you didn’t support Derry either and that was the wrong choice. I am withdrawing my membership in SBPEA and suggest all other memebers do the same. I will vote for any one other than Ovitt or Biane.
Do tell, JaneQPublic, how do you withdraw your membership in SBPEA? I’ve always heard, you can’t! If we could, we all would have a long time ago.
