If you only knew the REAL story… It began in 1994 for De La Rosa. Is he really under the radar? He is many things, but racist or sexist he is NOT. When it comes to bullying he is equal opportunity and treats everyone the same.

Duh, I get it now. The Peter Principle is the principle that “In a Hierarchy Every Employee Tends to Rise to His Level of Incompetence.” Nothing to do with sex but it certainly applies to Haugen, Swanson, and De la Rosa.

I can’t think of a better description of Michael De la Rosa.

As to his racist tendencies, all one has had to have done is sit through a stand up or two in the Fontana ESP office to see him at work. His racist views were more than evident. There have been several EEO complaints filed over what happened in that office and rightfully so.

Like Wally Hill who came from a county where the state ran the welfare system, Greg Devereaux comes from a city where the county runs the welfare system. I would expect similar results. Haugen lied to Wally Hill to cover her incompetence. She will do the same to Devereaux. Devereaux will not care because no one on the Board of Supes cares about welfare. It is to much of a mess for anyone to want to deal with at all.
